Murphy is a 1998 Paint Grade gelding who came to Lollypop Farm when his owner could no longer afford to care for him.

Murphy was saved from a neglectful situation several years ago, where his owners were told he was a lesson horse. He was brought back to health, and spent the last 5 years as a pasture pal. Murphy does has some vision issues in his right eye, but doesn't require medication. We evaluated Murphy under saddle, and he is very nervous with a rider on him. We are not sure how well he was treated as a riding horse in his past, therefore, he is best suited just as a pasture pal now. Murphy is UTD on vaccines, dental work, trims, and deworming. He gets along well with other horses in turnout, and had very good ground manners. He is a sweet guy who would love a home to spend his retirement in.
