Ajax is a lovely nearly-white gray young gelding who came to KyEHC with other members of a free-roaming herd in Kentucky.  Ajax was born out with the free-roaming herd in 2016, and though he was extremely flighty upon arrival as a weanling he is slowly but surely gaining curiosity and a bit of trust in people.  Ajax is very naturally gaited and prefers to gait instead of trot most of the time in the field, so we expect he will steadily gait under saddle on the future.  He is learning to be caught, be trimmed by the farrier and leading now but moving forward would still need a very experienced adopter or foster to continue improving upon his newfound curiosities.  See our website for adoption info, adoptions are NOT restricted to Kentucky.
