Marlotta

Marlotta is a 2001 16.3h chestnut Thoroughbred mare who came to Lollypop when her owners couldn't financially keep her anymore.

Marlotta was a racehorse in her younger years, then was used as a broodmare. She has spent the last 10 years in a pasture not doing much. She has not been ridden since her days at the racetrack, and at this time is suitable as a companion horse. She could be ridden, but will need retraining, which we will start in Spring if she is still here. She gets along well with the other mares in turnout, and enjoys to be groomed. She is UTD on dental work, trims, vaccines, and deworming. She does have the beginning of cataracts, but sees fine.

Suitable as a companion horse.
