​Rowan is a 11yo Paso Fino gelding, approx. 13h.  He came to GAIT, Inc. as a part of an animal control seizure as a cooperative rescue effort with Izzy's Love Horse Rescue.  He arrived very thin, but recovered quickly.  He is available now to an experienced Paso home that can continue where we have left off with his refresher training and confidence building.  He is finishing 60 days of professional training with Lacey MacKintosh with Stable Minds LLC.  Rowan is a "low brio" horse with a lovely gait for pleasure and trail riding.  He will need to be ridden in a bitless bridle or Jacquima (traditional Paso Fino hackamore) because of a damaged molar that can not be removed.  Rowan's addoption fee is $600.  He's a very sweet boy and will make a lovely riding companion with patient handling.  He is located in Boonsboro, MD.  View his video at   ​https://youtu.be/PU-8XraO63k  As you watch his video, keep in mind that this video was shot during his SECOND ride after sitting neglected for many years.  Imagine how nice he's going to be with just a little more time.  And WOW, that gait!  Glide ride for sure!!
