Deo's Secret

Deo's Secret, aka "Deo", is a 2008 bay Thoroughbred mare who came to Lollypop after her owner no longer wanted her.

Deo lightly raced from 2010-2011 with only 7 starts. She was then used as a broodmare upon retiring from the track. Deo was very underweight when she came, and spent the first few months with us regaining her health. She now is in great shape, and ready for a new career. Deo is UTD on shoeing, vaccines, deworming, and dental work. We have started Deo's retraining under saddle. She has the potential to make somebody a nice riding partner, but will need a trainer experienced in restarting OTTB's. She has good ground manners, and gets along well with her herd mates.
