Tall, dark, and handsome best describe this stunning gelding! "Pete" as we call him just retired from racing this fall, and is ready to find a new home where he can flourish in a 2nd career. Pete is a really sweet boy with great ground manners. He stands totally still for the vet & farrier, and leads around with just a cotton lead rope. He is built like a tank, and moves beautifully. We gave Pete a few weeks off, and are starting him back into work, beginning with ground work and lunging. So far, he's taken to it well! Pete has 2 screws in his LF fetlock from a small fracture in 2021. We have the full surgery report & xrays, as well as current xrays from our vet. Both the surgeon and our vet agree he shouldn't have any limitations in his future. He has been racing sound on it for 2 years, and just floats in his moverment. This horse has amazing potential to stand out in the show ring!
